後耳介静脈 Vena auricularis posterior

後耳介静脈の基本情報

• 後耳介静脈は、耳の後部表面に位置する主要な静脈である (Gray and Lewis, 2024)。
• 耳下腺の直下で、下顎後静脈と合流する (Standring et al., 2023)。
• 外頚静脈の形成に、重要な役割を果たしている (Moore et al., 2023)。

機能と役割

• 頭部の表在静脈系の一部として、顔面と頭部の静脈血を効率的に集める重要な役割を担っている (Drake et al., 2024)。

本静脈は、耳の後方の浅層静脈叢から始まり、しばしば乳突導出静脈を受け入れる (Netter, 2023)。
