鈎静脈 Vena uncalis

解剖学的特徴

• 鈎静脈は、側頭葉内側面の鈎部（uncus）に位置する微小静脈である (Ono et al., 2021)。
• 海馬傍回（parahippocampal gyrus）の鈎部から起始する (Rhoton, 2019)。
• 主に皮質静脈として機能し、深部静脈系の一部を形成する (Yasargil et al., 2018)。

血管走行と排出経路

• 側頭葉内側面を上行し、脳底静脈（basal vein）に合流する (Fernández-Miranda et al., 2020)。
• 最終的に、大脳内静脈（internal cerebral vein）を経て、直静脈洞（straight sinus）へと還流する (Tubbs et al., 2022)。

臨床的意義

• 側頭葉手術時における重要な解剖学的指標となる (Kawashima et al., 2019)。
• 脳動静脈奇形（AVM）や硬膜動静脈瘻の血行動態に関与することがある (Lawton et al., 2023)。
• てんかん焦点切除術における術前評価において、その走行の把握が重要である (Cohen-Gadol et al., 2020)。
