顎関節静脈 Venae articulares

解剖学的特徴

• 顎関節（下顎骨と側頭骨の接合部）から起始する静脈群であり、主に翼突静脈叢へと流入する (Gray and Lewis, 2023)。
• 顎関節包と滑膜の周囲には、豊富な静脈網が形成されている (Standring et al., 2024)。
• 顔面静脈および顎静脈との吻合を有し、顔の深部静脈系における重要な構成要素となっている (Netter, 2023)。

血管走行と分布

• 関節包の前方、後方、および外側に位置する複数の静脈枝により構成される (Moore et al., 2024)。
• 側頭下窩を走行し、上行咽頭静脈および翼突静脈叢と交通を持つ (Drake et al., 2023)。
• 顎関節周囲の筋肉（外側翼突筋、側頭筋など）からの静脈還流を受け入れている (Sinnatamby, 2024)。

臨床的意義

• 顎関節症の病態においては、静脈還流障害が関節腫脹や疼痛の原因となることがある (Okeson, 2024)。
• 顎関節手術時における出血管理において、重要な考慮対象となる (Ellis and Zide, 2023)。
• 顎関節炎や関節周囲の炎症性疾患においては、静脈うっ滞により症状が増悪する可能性がある (Laskin et al., 2024)。
