前耳介静脈 Venae auriculaes anteriores

解剖学的特徴

• 耳介の前方領域に位置する表在静脈である (Gray and Lewis, 2024)。
• 外耳道、耳介前部、および側頭部浅層の静脈血を集める (Standring, 2023)。
• 浅側頭静脈と吻合を形成し、頭皮前部からの血液還流に寄与する。
• 最終的に外頸静脈に合流し、深部静脈系へと還流する (Moore et al., 2023)。

臨床的意義

• 顔面部の静脈穿刺や静脈路確保の際の重要な指標となる (Netter, 2024)。
• 顔面部の腫脹や炎症性疾患の診断に有用な情報を提供する。
• 頭頸部手術時の重要な解剖学的ランドマークである (Snell, 2023)。

血管走行と位置関係

• 浅側頭動脈の伴行静脈として走行する (Drake et al., 2024)。
• 顔面神経の側頭枝に近接して存在する。
• 顔面の表在静脈系において、顔面静脈および後耳介静脈と複雑なネットワークを形成する。
