前頭頂動脈 Arteriae parietales anterior

解剖学的特徴

• 中大脳動脈の島枝から分岐する終末枝の一つである (Rhoton, 2002)。
• 前頭頂葉の前部（運動野および体性感覚野の一部を含む領域）に分布している (Ono et al., 2019)。
• 中心溝の前方領域を主な支配領域とする (Yasargil, 2010)。
• 他の皮質枝（中心溝動脈、後頭頂動脈など）と吻合を形成する (Duvernoy et al., 2021)。

機能

• 前頭頂葉前部の血液供給を担っている (Tatu et al., 2012)。
  • 運動野（一次運動野）への血液供給に関与する。
  • 体性感覚野の一部への血液供給に関与する。

臨床的意義

• この動脈の閉塞により、以下の症状が出現する可能性がある (Caplan, 2009)：
  • 対側の上下肢の運動麻痺
  • 対側の体性感覚障害
  • 失行症（特に左半球病変の場合）
• 中大脳動脈領域の脳梗塞の一症状として注意が必要である (Goyal et al., 2016)。
• 血管攣縮により、一過性の神経症状を呈することがある (Rowland et al., 2020)。
