解剖学的特徴

恥骨前立腺内側靱帯は、骨盤隔膜上筋膜の最前部に位置する腱性アーチであり、恥骨結合下部と前立腺や膀胱との間を連結しています（Myers et al., 2010）。解剖学的には、この靭帯は密な結合組織から構成され、男性では恥骨結合から前立腺の前外側面へ伸びています。この靭帯は、恥骨後（膀胱前）腔の底部を形成し、前立腺と膀胱頸部の支持構造として機能しています（Steiner, 2017）。

臨床的意義

臨床的意義としては、前立腺全摘除術などの骨盤内手術において重要な指標となり、この靭帯の保存または適切な処理が術後の尿禁制の維持に関わります（Walz et al., 2011）。また、前立腺肥大や膀胱下垂などの病態においても、この靭帯の緊張度変化が症状に影響することがあります。加齢や出産による靭帯の弛緩は、骨盤臓器脱の一因となることもあります（DeLancey, 2012）。
