前仙尾靱帯 Ligamentum sacrococcygeum anterius

前仙尾靱帯は、骨盤底部において重要な役割を果たす解剖学的構造です (Gray and Standring, 2021)：

解剖学的特徴

• 位置と走行：仙骨前面下部から始まり、尾骨前面に付着する帯状の結合組織です (Netter, 2023)。
• 構造：主に縦走する膠原線維束から構成され、仙骨と尾骨の前面を覆います (Standring, 2020)。
• 機能：仙尾関節の過度な後方への動きを制限し、骨盤底の安定性に寄与します (Moore et al., 2022)。
• 隣接関係：骨盤内臓器（特に直腸）を後方から支持し、後方では直腸仙骨筋膜と関連しています (Drake et al., 2019)。

臨床的意義

• 尾骨痛（coccygodynia）の病態において、この靱帯の炎症や損傷が関与することがあります (Foye et al., 2017)。
• 骨盤底筋群のリハビリテーションにおいて、この靱帯の解剖学的位置関係の理解が重要です (Bo et al., 2020)。
• 直腸手術や分娩時の外傷で損傷する可能性があり、骨盤底の不安定性に繋がることがあります (Bordoni and Sugumar, 2022)。

前仙尾靱帯は仙尾関節の主要な安定化構造の一つであり、後仙尾靱帯とともに仙骨と尾骨間の連結を強化しています (Loukas et al., 2018)。
