殿部 Regio glutealis

殿部は、人体の後面に位置する解剖学的部位で、臨床的にも重要な領域です（Gray and Williams, 2021）。その構造と特徴は以下の通りです：

解剖学的特徴

• 位置：仙骨部の両側を占め、腰背部の下方かつ大腿後面の上方に位置しています（Standring, 2020）
• 境界：上方は腸骨稜、下方は殿溝（臀溝）で大腿部と区分され、内側は仙骨外側縁および仙結節靱帯に接しています（Moore et al., 2018）
